Homemade beef burger



2 tbsp Coles Brand Olive Oil

1/2 medium Brown Onion, cut into little dice

2 cloves Garlic, squashed

500g parcel Coles Butcher 3 Star Beef Mince

2 tsp Coles Brand Dijon mustard

1 tsp Coles Brand Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp broke dark pepper

4 Coles Brand Natural Tasty Cheese Slices

200g Primo Economy Middle Bacon

4 Coles Bakery White round rolls, divided evenly

2 enormous Iceberg lettuce leaves, quartered


Stage 1

Warmth a medium griddle over medium-high warmth. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil, and afterward add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until mollified. Season with salt and pepper. Move the onion blend to an enormous bowl and put away to cool.
