110g pkt Suimin Noodles with Red Curry Beef Flavor
1 tbsp nut oil
1 little earthy colored onion, finely slashed
250g Coles Australian 3 Star Beef Mince
1 carrot, stripped, cut into matchsticks
1 pack choy aggregate, coarsely cleaved
2 spring onions, daintily cut slantingly
Coriander leaves, to serve
Get ready noodles and vegetable sachet following parcel bearings, holding the flavor glue sachet. Channel noodles, saving 1/4 cup (60ml) of the fluid.
Warmth oil in wok or huge griddle over high warmth. Cook onion and meat, blending, for 5 mins or until hamburger is cooked through. Add flavor glue sachet and cook for 1 min or until fragrant.
Add carrot and choy total to the wok and sautéed food for 2 mins or until mellowed. Add noodles, held fluid and spring onion. Pan fried food to consolidate. Split between serving bowls and top with coriander.
