500g Cook with Curtis Italian Recipe Beef and Pork Mince
500g container tomato pasta sauce
Finely ground parmesan, to serve
Finely hacked level leaf parsley, to serve
Warmth an enormous non-stick skillet over medium-high warmth. Add mince and cook, mixing to separate bumps, for 3 mins or until cooked through. Add pasta sauce and ½ cup (125ml) water. Decrease warmth to low and stew, blending once in a while, for 10 mins or until sauce thickens marginally.
In the interim, carry an enormous pot of water to the bubble over high warmth. Add the spaghetti and cook, blending regularly, for 8 mins or until delicate yet at the same time firm to the nibble. Channel, holding ½ cup (125ml) of the cooking fluid.
Add the spaghetti to the sauce and throw to cover, adding sufficient held cooking fluid to saturate blend on a case by case basis. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parmesan and parsley.
